False Profits (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Orders: When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping address, and the details of the items you purchased. Card details are entered on our payment processor’s secure checkout page and are not stored by False Profits. Contact forms: When you submit a message through our Contact page, we collect your name, email, and the message you send. Marketing signups: When you join the early-access list, we collect your email address. Marketing signup is opt-in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Prayer requests: When you submit a prayer request, we collect the name (optional) and the request text you provide. Prayer requests are kept separate from marketing and fulfillment data. Accounts: If you create an account, we store your email and account credentials.
How we use your information
We use order information to process and fulfill your order, send order and shipping confirmations, and respond to inquiries. We use contact-form messages to respond to your questions. We use marketing signup emails only to send release announcements and early-access notifications, and only if you opted in. Prayer requests are used solely for their stated purpose and are never added to marketing lists or shared with fulfillment providers.
Service providers
We share information with the following service providers, and only what each one needs to perform its role: Base44 — Hosts and supports the public website and stores order, account, and message records on our behalf. Base44 Payments — Our payment processor. Receives your payment details on its secure checkout page to process your charge. False Profits does not store your card number. Shopify — Receives order information needed to route our print-on-demand orders to production. Tapstitch — Receives information needed to produce and fulfill print-on-demand items, including the product, size, color, and your shipping address. ShipStation — Shipping-management software we use to organize and label packages we fulfill ourselves. ShipStation is not a delivery carrier. Delivery carriers — Receive your name, shipping address, and package details to deliver your order. We do not sell your personal information.
Prayer requests
Prayer requests are stored separately from marketing and order data. Only authorized team members (administrators) can view prayer requests; they are not visible to other users or shared with fulfillment or marketing providers. You may request deletion of your prayer request at any time by contacting us.
Contact messages
Messages submitted through our Contact form are visible only to authorized team members (administrators). You may request deletion at any time.
Marketing emails
Marketing emails are opt-in. We only send marketing emails to addresses that joined the early-access list or otherwise opted in. We do not send marketing text messages (SMS), and we do not collect phone numbers for marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential local storage for cart and site functionality. We use analytics provided by Base44, our hosting platform, to understand how visitors use our site (such as product views and purchases). No prayer request content, contact message content, or payment card data is sent to analytics. We do not currently offer a per-visitor analytics opt-out. If you have concerns about analytics tracking, contact us and we will note your preference.
Data retention and deletion
We retain order records as needed for accounting and tax obligations. Prayer requests and contact messages are retained only as long as needed for their stated purpose.
